Directions:

2 to 3 tablespoons Thai Tea (per serving)
Boiling water (about 6 ounces per serving)
Sugar or Sweetened condensed milk to taste
Milk or Half-and-Half

Place Tea in a coffee filter in a drip cone. Preheat caraffe with boiling water and discard. Pour 6 oz. boiling water per serving into cone and let drip.

Transfer brew through another container, then pour back through filter. Repeat until tea is deep red in color (4 to 6 times)

Sweeten tea to taste with sugar or condensed milk.

Fill glasses with ice and add tea and milk or half and half.

Variation:

The tea may be brewed in a teapot, but will require filtration with a paper or very fine nylon filter. Preheat teapot with boiling water and allow to steep for 6 to 8 minutes before straining.
