Also known as "Ti Kuan Yin" originates from Fukien, China. The leaf is thick and weighty, and much of it appears mostly green. Particularly full-bodied, long lasting flavor. This tea has gone through additional roasting to reduce the caffeine content. A great favorite in southern China, Taiwan, and Japan. This tea also good served over ice.
