"Nishime Kombu" Dried Japanese Seaweed by Hime

2-1/2 oz package (11"x6") contains large sheets of dried seaweed used primarily for kombumaki and oden.

Serving suggestions:

Kombumaki - Cut rinsed kombu into 1-inch strips. Place strips of cooked pork or fish or vegetables such as burdock or cucumber on top of kombu; roll and tie with a thin strip of kampyo. Add kombu rolls to seasoned broth and boil.

Oden - Cut rinsed kombu into thin strips and tie into knots. Add to prepared oden and heat through.
