| 600g/1lb5oz | firm beancurd (cut into cubes) |
| 150g/5oz | broccoli (cut into small florets) |
| 50g/2oz | carrot (sliced), oil for deep- frying |
| 4 Tbsp | LEE KUM KEE VEGETARIAN OYSTER FLAVORED SAUCE |
| 125ml (1/2 cup) | water |

Steps

| 1. | Deep-fry beancurd in hot oil until golden yellow. Drain. |
| 2. | Stir-fry broccoli and carrot in 2 Tbsp oil. Add beancurd and seasoning mix. Cover and cook in low heat until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. |
