Braised Beancurd with Vegetables (Servings: 4)

Ingredients

 

600g/1lb5oz firm beancurd (cut into cubes)
150g/5oz broccoli (cut into small florets)
50g/2oz carrot (sliced), oil for deep- frying
4 Tbsp LEE KUM KEE VEGETARIAN OYSTER FLAVORED SAUCE
125ml (1/2 cup) water

1. Deep-fry beancurd in hot oil until golden yellow. Drain.
2. Stir-fry broccoli and carrot in 2 Tbsp oil. Add beancurd and seasoning mix. Cover and cook in low heat until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
