Sweet and Sour Pork / Spare Ribs (Serves 2-3)

5 oz pork fillet (cut into pieces)
1/2 red bell pepper (cut into pieces)
2 slices canned or fresh pineapple (cut into pieces)
corn starch
1 pack Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Sweet and Sour Pork

Mix pork with marinade (1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp beaten egg). Dust pork fillet with corn starch and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown and cooked. Drain. Saute red bell pepper and pineapple in 1 tbsp oil. Add Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Sweet and Sour Pork / Spare Ribs and heat through. Add pork fillet and stir well.
