Fried Sweet Chili Short Ribs (Servings: 4)

Ingredients

 

400g short ribs (cut into pieces with bones)
1/2 onion (shredded)
75g celery (shredded)
1 red chili (shredded)
3 Tbsp LEE KUM KEE SWEET CHILI SAUCE
2 Tbsp LEE KUM KEE PREMIUM OYSTER FLAVORED SAUCE
1 tsp LEE KUM KEE SESAME OIL
2 Tbsp water

 

Steps

 
1. Mix short ribs with marinade.
2. Shallow-fry short ribs in oil until done. Drain and set aside.
3. Saute onion and red chili in 1 Tbsp oil until fragrant. Add short ribs, celery and sauce mix. Cook until heat through.
