Ingredients

| 400g | short ribs (cut into pieces with bones) |
| 1/2 | onion (shredded) |
| 75g | celery (shredded) |
| 1 | red chili (shredded) |
| 3 Tbsp | LEE KUM KEE SWEET CHILI SAUCE |
| 2 Tbsp | LEE KUM KEE PREMIUM OYSTER FLAVORED SAUCE |
| 1 tsp | LEE KUM KEE SESAME OIL |
| 2 Tbsp | water |

Steps |

| 1. | Mix short ribs with marinade. |
| 2. | Shallow-fry short ribs in oil until done. Drain and set aside. |
| 3. | Saute onion and red chili in 1 Tbsp oil until fragrant. Add short ribs, celery and sauce mix. Cook until heat through. |
