Stir-fry assorted seafood with Black Bean Sauce (Servings: 4)

Ingredients

 

300g assorted seafood (cut into pieces)
200g celery (sectioned)
50g carrot (sliced)
1-1/2 Tbsp LEE KUM KEE BLACK BEAN GARLIC SAUCE
1 tsp LEE KUM KEE SESAME OIL
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp corn starch
1 Tbsp water

 

Steps

 

 
1. Parboil celery and carrot in boiling water. Drain.
2. Mix assorted seafood with marinade for 30 minutes.
3. Saute assorted seafood in 2 Tbsp oil until done. Add sauce mix, celery and carrot. Stir well until heat through.
