Ingredients

| 300g | assorted seafood (cut into pieces) |
| 200g | celery (sectioned) |
| 50g | carrot (sliced) |
| 1-1/2 Tbsp | LEE KUM KEE BLACK BEAN GARLIC SAUCE |
| 1 tsp | LEE KUM KEE SESAME OIL |
| 1 tsp | sugar |
| 1 tsp | corn starch |
| 1 Tbsp | water |

Steps

| 1. | Parboil celery and carrot in boiling water. Drain. |
| 2. | Mix assorted seafood with marinade for 30 minutes. |
| 3. | Saute assorted seafood in 2 Tbsp oil until done. Add sauce mix, celery and carrot. Stir well until heat through. |
