| 340g/12oz. | lean pork (shredded) |
| 1 tsp | Lee Kum Kee Freshly Minced Garlic |
| 1 | red chili (shredded) |
| 1 | stalk spring onion (shredded) |
| 1 Tbsp | Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce |
| 1 tsp | corn starch |
| 3 Tbsp | Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce |
| 1 tsp | corn starch |
| 4 Tbsp | water |

Steps

| 1. | Marinate pork for 30 minutes. |
| 2. | Heat 2 Tbsp oil, saute minced garlic until fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry until cooked. |
| 3. | Add sauce mix and stir well. Garnish with red chili and spring onion. |
