Shredded Pork with Hoisin Sauce (Servings: 4)

Ingredients

 

340g/12oz. lean pork (shredded)
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Freshly Minced Garlic
1 red chili (shredded)
1 stalk spring onion (shredded)
1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce
1 tsp corn starch
3 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
1 tsp corn starch
4 Tbsp water

 

Steps

 

 
1. Marinate pork for 30 minutes.
2. Heat 2 Tbsp oil, saute minced garlic until fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry until cooked.
3. Add sauce mix and stir well. Garnish with red chili and spring onion.
