Stir-fried Chicken with Hoisin Sauce (Servings: 4)

Ingredients

 

250g/8oz chicken meat (diced)
1 green/red bell pepper (diced)
2 Tbsp LEE KUM KEE HOISIN SAUCE

 

Steps

 

 
1. Use 2 Tbsp oil to stir-fry chicken until cooked over high heat.
2. Add green/red bell pepper and LEE KUM KEE HOISIN SAUCE. Mix well and serve hot.
