Black Pepper Chicken (Serves 2-3)

8 oz chicken fillet (cut into strips)
2 oz celery (shredded)
1 oz carrot (shredded)
1 pack Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Black Pepper Chicken

Stir-fry chicken in 1-2 tbsp hot oil until almost done. Add celery, carrot and Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Black Pepper Chicken. Stir-fry well in low heat for about 1 minute until chicken is done.
