| 300g/10oz. | beef fillet (cut into strips) |
| 120g/4oz. | sugar pea |
| 120g/4oz. | young sweet corn |
| 6 | slices carrot |
| 1/2 bottle | Lee Kum Kee Spicy Garlic Sauce |
| 1 Tbsp | Soy Sauce |
| 1/2 Tbsp | corn starch |
| 1 Tbsp | oil |

Steps |

| 1. | Marinate beef for 30 minutes. |
| 2. | Parboil vegetables for 1/2 minute, drain. |
| 3. | Heat 3 Tbsp oil, stir-fry beef fillet until almost done. Add vegetables and 1/2 bottle of Lee Kum Kee Spicy Garlic Sauce to mix, dish and serve. |
