Beef Fillet with Spicy Garlic Sauce (Servings: 4)

Ingredients
300g/10oz. beef fillet (cut into strips)
120g/4oz. sugar pea
120g/4oz. young sweet corn
6 slices carrot
1/2 bottle Lee Kum Kee Spicy Garlic Sauce
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Tbsp corn starch
1 Tbsp oil

 

Steps

 
1. Marinate beef for 30 minutes.
2. Parboil vegetables for 1/2 minute, drain.
3. Heat 3 Tbsp oil, stir-fry beef fillet until almost done. Add vegetables and 1/2 bottle of Lee Kum Kee Spicy Garlic Sauce to mix, dish and serve.
