Ingredients: Wheat flour, salt, water

Preparation:
Bring 2 liters of water to a boil. Put in "Udon" stirring occasionally. Bring water back to full boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Rinse udon in a strainer with cold water. When cooled completly drain from water.

Add vegetables and meats to the udon to prepare any of your favorite dishes: nabeyaki udon, tempura udon, sukiyaki and many others.
