Enriched, no talc, extra fancy rice. To retain vitamins, do not rinse before cooking or drain afterwards.

To Prepare:
Combine 1 cup Nishiki Rice with 2 cups water in medium saucepan. Bring to a soft boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat. Let stand 10 minutes.
Seasoning for Sushi Rice:
Turn rice into large mixing bowl. Drizzle 1/4 cup Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar over all. Gently toss to combine. Cover and cool to room temperature. When rice is cooled it is ready for sushi preparation. |
