Cut 1/2 kg chicken into 6 pieces. Cook until tender but not overdone. Allow about 2 cups of broth to remain in the pan. Add one package "Opor Ayam" instant seasoning. Stir well and continue cooking for 15 minutes over low flame. Garnish with fried shallot flakes if desired and serve hot.
