How do I shop?

Ordering is simple. After you find the product you wish to buy, click the "Purchase This Item" icon. This will add the items you select to your order.
If you decide not to place an order for an item in your cart, you can remove them at any time by going to the shopping cart invoice page .
If you decide not to order any of your items they will be removed when you leave. No charges are made until you place your order on our online order form (see below) or send us your payment.

How do I view my order invoice?

To view or modify the contents of your shopping cart (your order) simply select the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner.

How do I place an order?

For online orders, select the highlighted link "Checkout Stand" from the top right of the title bar, or from the navigation bar to the left. This will take you to our checkout stand and the secure, encrypted area of our site where you can complete your order. For telephone or fax orders, you can e-mail a completed invoice to yourself, and fax or call in your order at your convenience "Order Offline".

How are shipping rates calculated?

Our shipping rates are based the weight and distance shipped (not your order total cost). We do not accept P.O. Box shipping addresses because most of our orders are shipped UPS Ground service. Shipping prices are updated dynamically so you can compare prices for yourself. Quickspice does not make any money on shipping. Some of our competitors advertise low or free shipping. In every case we have seen, the product price is at least 2 times higher (if not much more) than the prices you can find at Quickspice.com to cover their losses. When will my order be shipped?

Shipment dates are posted at the top of our shopping cart in bold red letters. To view today's next earliest shipping date click the cart icon to the right. Otherwise, most orders will be shipped the following business day. All orders are shipped via UPS ground service.

Why doesn't Quickspice ship to PO Boxes?

Most of our shipments are sent via UPS ground service. You may provide an R.R. Box # for your shipping address or other mail boxes provided that UPS can complete delivery to the address you provide. We do not ship to standard PO Boxes. If your "Billing Address" is a PO Box you will be required to provide a different shipping address that meets UPS requirements for delivery.

Why do I need to provide a billing and shipping address?

We require a valid billing address that is associated with the credit card you are using in order to process your payment. If you would like us to ship your items to an alternate address, please provide that information in the order form section entitled "Shipping Address".

How do I order bulk items?

We have more than 5,000 products. Most of them are not listed on this web site. If you wish to order items in volume please provide the item name, manufacturer or brand if possible, quantity, and your shipping destination zip code. Contact us here

How do I get an electronic coupon?

Occasionally, we send out coupons to our customers through our newsletter. In most cases these coupons do not apply to cookware or tableware items.

How do I use my electronic coupon?

On the online order form, you will find an area when you can enter your electronic coupon number. Your grand total will not reflect the coupon credit you receive in your online shopping cart, but will appear on the total charged to your credit card.

Can I exchange or return an order?

Sure. Send unused, undamaged items back to us with all documentation and accessories and we'll be happy to give you a full refund for the product. We do not refund the cost of shipping the item to you and we cannot accept exchanges on edible food products to protect the health and safety of our customers. We recommend you ship items over 4 pounds via UPS Ground Service. You are responsible for returned items until we receive them, so we encourage customers to insure their returned items (free up to $100 with UPS / additional cost with USPS). Please provide your order number if possible so that we can easily identify you. Please package your items carefully. Refunds are posted each Friday. What is Quickspice.com's policy on product expiration dates?

We screen all of our products carefully so you don't have to. We will not ship any products near or after their expiration. You can expect our products to be fresher than those found in your local market because they have not been sitting on the shelf waiting for you to buy them. If we ever accidentally ship a product that has passed it's expiration date, notify us immediately and we will send you a replacement free of charge plus a discount on your next purchase with us.
