Directions:
Prepare 3 cups coconut milk. Boil 1 cup coconut milk with 1 can Panang Curry Paste. Gradually add the remaining 2 cups of coconut milk while stirring. Then add about 5 cups chicken or beef, 2-3 tbsp Thai fish sauce, and 1 cup coconut milk. Heat until meat is cooked. Sprinkle with water, minced kaffir lime leaves and fresh chilies. (serves 9-10)
