Directions for 4 oz:
Stir 1 can Green Curry Paste with 2 cups of coconut milk for 5 minutes. Add 3 cups of diced chicken or beef Add 2 cups water. Continue boiling. Add 1 cup of small eggplant. When cooked sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and fresh chilies. (serves 5-7)
